Skin & laser aesthetics · energy-based tightening · the descent-or-laxity assessment
Dr. Ke He is Deputy Director of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital and head of its skin and laser aesthetic service — and she is the lead physician of this site. A core specialist formerly at the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department of Xinqiao Hospital, affiliated with Army Medical University, she has worked on the clinical front line in skin laser and injectable aesthetics for more than 20 years, serving over ten thousand patients.
Dr. He performs the ultrasound treatments this site compares and works alongside the centre's surgeons when the finding is surgical. Her position is that the examination decides the answer rather than the patient's preference or the clinic's equipment: where tissue has descended, she says so and refers, because a device that heats at depth cannot reposition anything. Where the finding is genuinely early loss of firmness in skin that has not dropped, the device is a reasonable answer, and she is explicit in advance that its effect fades, that response varies between individuals, and that a repeat is the normal expectation rather than a failure.

Depth without an incision is not a lift
Focal heat can be placed below intact skin, and that is a real difference from every treatment that works on the surface. It is not the same as opening the plane beneath the skin. Nothing is repositioned and nothing is removed, so where the change is a jowl, a descended cheek or a loose neck, the honest answer is the operation that addresses it.
